Even though we are not in the city centre, a 5 minute bus journey or 15 minute walk is all you need to see all of Edinburgh attractions & is within easy reach of all major transport systems. Edinburgh Airport is 20 minutes away by car.
The guest house is close to the shore and its thriving local community with well-known pubs and restaurants. Ocean Terminal shopping centre is located on the waterfront in Leith. It is easily accessible by car or by the 22 bus, which runs from the end of the street every 5 minutes.
Breakfast is not included in the room rate. Full cooked breakfast costs £5.00 per person.
