Edinburgh Special Events

The Edinburgh International Festival, International Film Festival, The Edinburgh Fringe and the Jazz Festival are hosted in Edinburgh from around 1st August - 6th September. It is definitely worth a visit.

Many visitors come from all around the world to take part in the Edinburgh Festival or to watch the famous Edinburgh Military Tattoo. The Tattoo is, a spectacle really worth seeing, and seems to get better each year. On the final night (around the 5/6th of September) there is an unforgettable fireworks display.

All venues are only a few minutes walk or drive from Acorn Lodge.
